Enclomiphene Citrate. Enclomiphene Citrate is a medication used to treat low testosterone levels (hypogonadism) in men. It is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that works by blocking the action of estrogen in the hypothalamus, which stimulates the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). This, in turn, leads to increased production of testosterone and sperm.
